Architect Engineer holding a M.Sc. in Environmental Protection and Sustainable Development. Completed my studies with various distinctions and scholarships, and now pursuing a Ph.D. on the topic of computational design for energy efficiency in the Mediterranean climate (dept. of Civil Engineering AUTh).I specialise in consultation for energy related issues in buildings, dynamic simulation studies & energy audits, architectural/interior design and construction/engineering services based in Heraklion, Crete.Since 2014 I have a close collaboration as a Research Associate with INZEB, a non profit company based in Athens which serves as an aggregator, operator, documenter and disseminator of knowledge and expertise on issues related to energy saving in the building and social/energy policy sector. I have participated in multiple Horizon 2020 research programmes on the topics of energy efficiency and energy poverty (iBRoad, POWERPOOR, SMAFIN, iBRoad2EPC).My professional and academic topics of interest are energy efficiency in the building sector, sustainable architecture using digital/generative methods and building with natural materials.
