While working on the Phonathon I would call Alumni, families, and supporters of the College, working on updating their contact information to maintain current and accurate records and taking donations while handling their personal information with confidentiality. During calls, I would exhibit enthusiasm in support of the College and leave all prospects with a good feeling about the College. While on a call I would remain positive and professional, handling objections and difficult conversations with grace and care.

While at Spencer's, I worked as a Sales Associate. I would stock and fold the t-shirts, stock other items we sold, and check out people at the cash register. I enjoyed helping people with anything they needed. After we came back from Covid, I was consistently sanitizing the jewelry cases, pinpads, and just making sure that no matter where that the store was sanitized properly. At the end of the night, I would help take out trash and lock up the store with any and all nightly duties.

During my time working for McDonalds, I worked all sections in the restaurant. I would take orders, as well as ring people out. I would help make drinks and orders, along with bagging them and making sure they were correct. I was usually working the drive thru to help ensure the best times possible for a quick drive thru.
