Salty Sips is a blend of yoga, ocean immersion, and community connection, encouraging individuals to step outside of their comfort zone. in 2023 this community successfully transitioned ownership to the wonderful Human Kind yoga studio. Moving on from this community has generated personal momentum in creating positive change and promoting mental wellness and connection. As a certified meditation, breathwork, and yoga Nidra teacher through the Yogic Meditation Institute, I bring a holistic approach to promoting mental wellness.
