  • Collaborate with numerous stakeholders, marketing specialists, student organizations, and artists to create promotional materials that help uplift the cause of the Division of the Arts• Lead several design projects for advertisements ranging from private events, campus-wide ceremonies, and national recruitment efforts.• Design eye-catching and informative advertisements for a diverse range of print and digital media, including programs, flyers, brochures, pamphlets, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube posts and reels, and cards and banners for the Division of the Arts web page.• Edit and select photos for promotional materials with care and consideration for the individuals photographed, diversity, and the relevance of the photos to the event and overall design.• Develop creative design content through iterative sketches and mockups, working closely with the IntegratedMarketing and Communications Director to create unique, eye-catching designs that align with the color palette, typography, and design motifs of UW branding.• Staff for Division of the Arts events, processing tickets and orienting attendees with the event space by helping them find their seats or leading them to the stage during ceremonies.• Communicate with stakeholders to write, fact-check, and spell-check copy for promotional materials.• Formed relationships with the Division of the Arts Integrated Marketing Team, visiting artists, and UW students through frequent communication and collaboration, fostering a positive, creatively stimulating work environment dedicated to uplifting the arts on campus.
