At New England Tech Air, my job involves processing invoices in Metaviewer software. This consists of matching invoices to purchase orders, getting approval for non-PO invoices, coding non-PO invoices to the correct general ledger account, reconciling differences on PO invoices, and scanning non-emailed invoices. My job also entails generating invoices. While generating invoices, I discuss with project managers about amounts to bill for managed jobs, update AIA excel templates, create and organize PDF invoices, send invoices to customers, and post billings to the accounting system. And finally, I have other miscellaneous tasks, which includes checking inventory orders, updating yearly reporting graphs, completing certified payroll reports, and running miscellaneous errands.
