1. Lead on the entire recruitment process, from identifying the talent needs to offer stage.2. Business partnering and building strong relationships and trust with business units and hiring managers to gain full knowledge of the business and the operation. Achieve a deep understanding of each client/hiring manager’s business and requirements for the openings. 3. Deliver professional full circle end to end recruitment and direct sourcing for Exams functions across 14 countries in the East Asia region including China, providing good customer experience to my clients – the hiring managers and the candidates under tight deadlines. 4. Source candidates in creative, cost effective ways (e.g. social networking, employee referrals, advertising and contingency search).5. Provide timely support, consultative advice and guidance on best practices and regional policies within British Council. 6. Continuously improve the whole process and provide innovative and practical solutions to recruitment workflows.7. Manage the 3rd party vendors, evaluating, selecting and recommending proper vendors to fill difficult vacancies.8. Be in charge of campus hiring, maintaining relationship with universities. 9. Participate in some restructuring projects from the perspective of recruitment. 10. Proactively build candidate talent pools in key functional/regional area and manage relationships with potential candidates to pipeline for future recruitment opportunities.11. Recruitment Module:1. Responsible for defining the recruitment plan based on the allocated positions and align recruitment strategy and job requirements with HR manager.2. Regularly update with HR manager on recruitment status on given positions. 3. Implement recruiting activities in terms of candidate selection, assessment, conducting interview process and provide short listed candidates to hiring managers.4. Apply appropriate assessment tool on candidates upon different needs.5. Cooperate with and steer the recruiting agencies e. g headhunter to fulfill the open headcounts. 6. Monitor and feedback market update in terms of talent acquisition, competition and recruitment trend in the industry. 7. Maintain talent pool in recruitment system. 8. Continuously drive the recruitment process improvement and optimization.Training Module:1. Be responsible for the setting up of a complete training system, including doing training needs survey, making the annual training plan and monthly training plan, managing most of the training implementation around the whole company, doing post training evaluation, making possible improvement with the internal trainees as well as training material managing.2. Be in charge of the developing general courses and delivering them in the company.3. Take charge of the periodical, making sure it becomes a communication tool around the company and ensure it advertise for the company’s culture. 4. Take responsibility for maintaining the E-learning system, like updating the new curriculums, managing the accesses for the trainees and so on. 5. Management of the training vendors and coordination work with them.6. Be responsible for the auditing of ISO 9001:2008 quality management system.
