Worked as an engineer assistant in the electronics industry for 7 years, I learnt to be meticulous and patient, as well as cooperate with my fellow engineers to complete all kinds of testing work. After transition to the TCM industry, my hard work is being recognized. I am first promoted from the front desk to the store manager position and then to the operation manager. With my continuous efforts, I cooperated with the company to manage the daily operation of 9 branches, train new store manager and deal with various affairs in the branches. Analyze operation data, manage branch budget, save cost and improve company performance greatly. At the same time, I also pay attention to my own personal improvement. Using my spare time, I enrolled in diploma in Business Practice (Administration & Management) at Ngee Ann Polytechnic, which further improved my operation and management ability.
