Manager for an ice cream shop. Would supervise shifts for both opening and closing shifts with a team of workers. Helped keep the flow of the night steady, would redirect and coach people on mistakes, and overall help keep the mood of the shop uplifted. Handled the closing and opening money, would make sure the box and drawer were at the correct amount, and would take out money for deposits. Overall learned how to work and manage a team, handle customers complaints, and learn how to interact with people, both customers and coworkers.
