⦁ Perform the same work duties as those training or perform more tasks to assist in their performance.⦁ Collaborate with package handlers and managers to solve work-related problems.⦁ Train new package handlers how to safely perform their jobs and ensure they understand everything they need to know to perform their jobs efficiently.

⦁ Load and move packages along with other items into trucks to be sent out to other facilities.⦁ Sort packages to where they need to go based upon their location.⦁ Tugger certified so that if it is needed I can help to move ICs from the trucks.⦁ The job is quite fast-paced, but provides room for teamwork to be accomplished. We make sure that packages are handled with little to no damage

In this position I had to ensure that shifts ran smoothly and efficiently in order to provide the best quality service and care to the customers. I supervised over shifts to make sure any conflicts were resolved or caught before they could take place; I had to be able to multi-task in order to make sure everyone was working together and completing the tasks at hand to run a nice clean shift. I also handled many aspects of customer service working here as I would be the one to resolve any issues and make sure the store was clean and welcoming to incoming customers at all times. While working here we were often short on supervising positions and managers so at times I would need to handle the paperwork and orders that needed to be sent out such as our labor numbers, schedule and food waste ratios.
