Manage Plan Calculations and all aspects of incentive compensation within Institutional Mortgage Services (Correspondent and Warehouse Lending) and most currently with Retail Sales: • Manage automated and manual direct drive Incentive Comp calculations (monthly, quarterly, and annual payouts)• Work with LOB and HR Comp to address exception requests• Capture and Validation of Compensation Related Production Data including modifiers and other plan elements necessary for plan calculation • Creation, validation, and transmission of Incentive Compensation payroll data via CHECS• Perform audit process for all calculations. • Provide customer service to the field• Provide research assistance on ER/legal issues related to incentive compensation• Partner with HR, HR Comp, and LOB to author and distribute field incentive compensation communications• CHECS (Payroll Registers, eDistribution and eTicketing)• Administer Approval ProcessReporting & Analytics:• Incentive spend reports• Incentive plan effectiveness• Accrual Reporting• Incentive Plan Modeling• Liaison with Finance, HR Comp, and LOB • Support adhoc reporting requests from HR and HR Comp

Manage all aspects of incentive compensation within Institutional Mortgage Services (IMS), including responsibility for calculation and reporting of periodic incentive compensation. Maintain inventory of existing comp plans, as well as facilitate revisions and/or development of new plans. Work independently, improve processes, demonstrate initiative and promote team work while managing performance of direct reports. Take full responsibility for timely work product of the incentive administration area of IMS.

Manage analysts responsibile for monthly cycle of accrual, calculation, reporting and reconciliation while meeting cascading deadlines. Create complex worksheets for the purpose of calculating monthly, quarterly and annual incentives using Excel, Access and vaious proprietary financial and mortgage banking software programs.

Responsibile for incentive calculations. Assist with the implementation process of new plans and created and/or updated accrual models to support new bonus plans.
