As a graduate assistant, I worked closely with the University of Idaho women's basketball coaching staff. A large part of my job was to plan and execute all team meals for road trips, games, and recruiting visits. This included coordinating with restaurants, gathering everyone's orders, submitting the order, and following up with the restaurants to make sure everything is running smoothly. I was also in charge of building, managing, and coaching the male practice squad. Additionally, I contributed to scouting reports by watching individual players and noting their tendencies.

As an assistant coach, I contributed to practice plans and scouting reports. I made suggestions to our head coach about what we should work on in practice, and was in charge of helping the post players develop their individual skills. I was responsible for several scouting reports on our opponents. I watched film on the other teams and communicated to the team how they played and how we should try to limit them. I worked to build good relationships with the players and be someone they can trust and rely on.

My main responsibility as an operations associate was to spearhead the hiring process. I read resumes for cybersecurity job applicants, decided who to interview, conducted initial screening interviews, and then determined who should move forward in the process. I did all the interview scheduling and communications with applicants. I worked to document the process, as it had not been explicitly written out before. I also worked in payables where I created expense reports for the company. I was also part of the onboarding department where I helped new hires through the steps they needed to take after being hired.
