Graduated with a degree in Sociology and has over 3 years experience in brand strategy, managing projects across innovation, co-creation, brand positioning and premiumisation - for brands including; Ben & Jerrys, Walls, Magnum, Knorr, Walkers and Quaker.Took a focus on the food industry and enrolled at Leiths school of Food & Wine. Following studies, I spent my time gaining experience across different areas of the industry; from working as a chef at Noma (Copenhagen), to recipe testing for BBC Good Food and running supper clubs with Leiths School under The Amateur Table.I have now been a plant-based food writer for five years, working on writing recipes for a number of well known brands, as well as developing recipes for charity cookbooks such as Cook for Syria and From Beder’s Kitchen. Today, I make up one half of Bitter Lemon, a recipe website focused on delicious veggie-packed recipes using only a few ingredients and straightforward cooking methods.
