As a merchandising, ecommerce, & social media intern, I wore many hats. I provided customer service, fulfilled both online and in-app orders, updated the inventory, merchandised the floor, and maintained our social media presence.

The Oaks Retreat is a place where incoming college freshman can start building meaningful friendship as well as explore various local churches and ministries before starting their college career. As Head of Registration, I am responsible for various tasks: I am the point of reference for any student or guardian who may have questions or concerns regarding the retreat; I utilize the designated registration platform by updating freshmen’s information or ticket status (upon request), applying coupon codes for freshmen who receive scholarships, and adding spots to each session as demand increases; Also, I create and manage excel spreadsheets regarding session waitlists, ticket cancellations, airport transportation, and more.
