As an experienced insurance industry professional, I have about a decade of customer service and claims experience. Due to this have many customer-centric transferable skills and I am eager to take a risk with my career and pivot into an internal analyst or project-based role where I can apply these skills. To expand my knowledge in project management and analysis, I have obtained numerous technical skills in the past year such as: data analytics, SQL, salesforce, project management, and data visualization; yo name a few. I've received a Google Project Management Certificate and, in addition, I have also obtained my Salesforce Certified Administrator certification. I am dedicated to continuous education and excellence, and I am confident that I can make a valuable contribution to any tech team.
