I have been working in Honeywell for more than 16 years holding different positions and responsibilities in Material Management department - from the entry level of Planner to Senior Material Manager, from an individual contributor to a leader with a team of 26 staffs in Planning, Operation Excellence, Tactical Buying, Material Handler and logistic. Detail Responsibilities:• Provide leadership for successful integration and implementation of Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP), Materials Planning and Procurement (MPP) processes at the Site level to meet Aero Division’s working capital and delivery goals. Ensure organizational and process changes are embraced and sustained at the Site in accordance with the overall MM direction.• Deliver results across the Material, Planning & Procurement (MPP) organization including but not limited to: Inventory $'s, turns and DOS, On-time delivery to customer request, customer past dues, MPS compliance, MPS starts, finishes, and linearity, etc.• In-charge of the Site’s tactical buying.• Supply Chain/ Supplier Management via structure Monthly Operating Review to track and drive supplier improvement to meet factory and customers’ quality & delivery expectation.
