Team manager • Two team members, both who were new starts and trained by myself within 8 months of starting role. • Managing team workload from clients and assigning to each team member with set deadlines. • Weekly catch-up and review as a team. • Monthly 1-2-1’s to review work, progress of set objectives and PDP’s. • Setting daily and monthly targets. Account management • Clients included 7 of the top 10 retailers in the UK. Responsible for managing the companies entire client base of 14. • Building key relationships with day to day contacts and senior members within client businesses to maximise sales and profit. • Monthly travel to client meetings across the UK, including overnight stays. Attending client events such as charity Gala’s & networking days. • End to end project management, working closely with technical & financial department to ensure timely delivery. • Working with other colleagues within the business group to maximise cross product selling. • Monthly KPI to achieve for chargeable time delivered to clients always achieved. • Training delivered to multiple groups of people. This included creating training packs, online sessions and group training for clients. Content Management • Producing online material for client websites such as Newsletters. • Amending specification details on client websites through HTML and text editing. • Large data entry to sites with information sent from clients. • Homepage & navigation button design and implementation onto multiple client sites. • Entry level SQL knowledge through client data extracts. Analysing those data extracts and producing trend charts.
