1. Plans, develops and coordinates HR initiatives in support of strategic functional/business goals.2. Facilitate and manage the annual performance management process, people review agenda and other key people processes.3. Articulates implications of HR programs, communicates/cascade and adapts programs as necessary to address client organization needs within defined program boundaries.4.
