- Overseeing coordination and planning of corporate volunteer engagement. This involves working alongside the Corporate Partnerships and Philanthropy team to ensure the smooth delivery of the key volunteer days that our partners take part in. - Identifying and researching opportunities for new partnerships through leveraging an existing network and utilising tools such as Salesforce.- Responsible for various communications to our corporate partners such as regular meetings and creating the newsletter that is sent out to over 100 contacts to strengthen existing relationships and build a sense of community. - Working with the Head of Corporate Partnerships and other Resurgo teams, including Consulting, to ensure a coordinated approach to corporate relationships and encouraging corporate partners to engage in multiple initiatives across Resurgo.

- Successfully using my knowledge and experience to approach each customer with cultural sensitivity and understanding that has lead to strong relationships and hitting my annual, financial target of £2,000,000 within 5 months.- Being Responsible for the growth and profitability of the brand's Chinese social media and community channels. - Responding to direct messages on Wechat and Charket in Mandarin Chinese. - Developing the response channels by creating 'Quick Reply' and template functions to ensure each inquiry is responded to efficiently. - Creating community groups on Wechat to allow customers to meet others in their chosen property.- Tracking the overall growth of the brand using reporting tools from Salesforce. Specifically, levels of engagement and profitability of Wechat that has supported our Sales & Marketing team to make decisions on advertising budgets. - Analysing data on the different interests and responses of Chinese customers including what marketing campaigns brought the most engagement and developing our profiles of customers to maximise our advertising efforts.

- Created facilitation and skills-based courses that have been successfully rolled out to over 20 of my clients’ company staff with positive feedback. - Adapted to the needs of international clients with cultural sensitivity with a focus on clients in China; this included translating content into Mandarin and weekly meetings with Chinese clients. - Wrote content for the Company's website on the activities and successes of the team I was part of. - Earned a TAP certificate in ‘Learning Development & Design’ that has given me the skills to identify and solve problems in development and team dynamics.- Successfully contributed to up-selling the company’s products through developing strong relationships and lead generation. - Developed the company’s E-Learning platform by creating a best-practice for course design that has sped up our generation of E-learning courses to clients.
