I worked as an online English teacher, working with students all over the world. Due to each student's skill and age varying greatly, I had to be very flexible with my teaching style to ensure each student received a personalised lesson of outstanding quality. I loved this job as I was able to connect with people from all over the world and also learn some of their languages and about their cultures. I pride myself on the score and reviews I received from my students, and I had a consistent rank of 4.8/5.

I was in control of the alerts that came through on customers trackers. I had to decide what level of threat the alert should be categorised, and then act on the alert. Whether that be by calling the customer, leasing company, or liaising with the police.I had to answer all calls regarding customer devices, offering technical advice. I also spoke to engineers all over the country as I was trained in commissioning tracker units remotely, and had to ensure they were connected to our global network.

This was a full time position where I handled the warranties for elite vehicle trackers within the customer service department.I used my excellent customer service skills to assist customers over the phone with any queries they had in a professional and efficient manner, and also included taking payments over the phone and via PayPal. My job was also sales orientated as the number of extended warranties I sold was monitored.
