As a Player Operations Escort for the 2024 US Open, I was responsible for transferring players to and from their match courts and other practice facilities. I learned the routes for sixteen courts as well as various practice facilities and supported the upkeep of the player boxes for several key match courts. In addition, I organized the practice court schedule during the main draw of the US Open, and was responsible for assigning escorts for drop off and pickup to those practice courts while my superior worked on match courts. I developed key experiences in player operations and relations, player logistics and organization, and thinking on my feet as matches and practices ended at unexpected times.

As a 2024 Los Angeles Rams Training Camp Intern, was responsible for ensuring a positive fan experience for over 15,000 ticketed fans over two weeks. Was the first Rams point of contact for hospitality and ADA members and credentialed upwards of 3,000 VIPs, friends & family, coaches, and media. Streamlined the autograph process following practice, and checked in more than ten players and coaches to their rooms for the duration of their stay. Held a versatile role which included welcoming fans, being a security checkpoint for on-field access, supporting line flows for the VIP entrance, and directing friends and family parking.

As a Product Development and Marketing Intern, I contributed to the development, staging, and production of high-level site updates such as the "Recommendations" feature, and developed new product updates for future iterations of the site. I designed and presented various Dashboard updates to streamline user experience and encourage engagement with the platform, formatted and drafted upwards of a thousand Job Postings, and developed and presented a new digital marketing strategy. I compiled and analyzed TWO marketing data from 2021-present with insights on how to improve gross revenue with new and existing markets for 2025. I wrote and sent job notifiers to upwards of 15,000 people with relevant experience/preferences, and helped run the Tennessee Titans Career Fair that serviced over 330 candidates and included over 10 organizations.

I work in strategic communications for clean-energy, clean-tech firms. I develop and lead the distribution of several important client-facing deliverables surrounding clean energy and clean tech on both the research and legislative side.
