In this role, I oversee a group of 30 including Planning & Analytics, Sales Operations, Incentive Compensation, GTM Enablement, and Retailer Operations. Providing operational support to Bloom Equity Partners both pre and post investment (fractional)

As part of the Enterprise leadership team, I drove 10% YOY growth in SSTK’s Global Enterprise division ($300M+) across USCA, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC. Led a group of 40 across multiple functions including planning & analytics, tools & processes, strategy/operations, and shared services (onshore and offshore), supporting 300+ sales and Customer Success leaders.

Owned end-to-end global programs such as annual Strategic Planning, Account Planning, and client engagement/GTM frameworks for commercial teams (including Sales, Client Services, Technical Account Management, Inventory Partnerships and Data Partnerships).

Ran Operations for Roku's Platform business (85%+ of company revenues) during a sustained period of exponential revenue growth. Reporting directly to the Platform SVP/GM as part of the executive team / acting COO, built and led a multi-disciplinary group of 80+, including: - Client Services - Sales Operations & Strategy inc. Pricing & Planning and Salesforce- Inventory & Yield Management- Ad Operations- Audience Development

Reporting directly into the COO, I oversaw a team of 3 plus several consultants responsible for sales analytics, Salesforce and sales tools, forecasting and pipeline management, territory planning and quota setting. Promoted twice in 2016.
