Responsible for managing of four Skills Support for Work and Redundancy (SSW/R ) contracts in South West and West Midlands worth £14.5m and accountable for annual £4m revenue. Contributed to maximum 50% growth of £7m for the contracts through good performance. My four contracts were part of the 92.5 M national contract with 98% performance achieved at contract end.Developed excellent Local Enterprise Partnership, Local Authorities and other Stakeholder relationships which have and will be leveraged for future business bids. All contracts managed have either achieved or exceeded targets and client performance reviews have been excellent. Leading Partnership Coordinators team and linking with Business Development and Marketing to maximise the strategic opportunities and meeting Regional and National contract targets. Managing a team of Performance Managers and Partnership Coordinators which I developed over the years with most being promoted and others acting up which has supported succession planning throughout the contract. Leading the team of seven Partnership Coordinator’s in line with Funding bodies; ESFA and OFSTED working closely with Business Development Team on new opportunities. Follow Due Diligence requirements when onboarding supply chain. Promoting Apprenticeships within contracts and internally. Adhering to company policies and procedures. Providing monthly forecast and feed into contract budgets. Mentoring and developing staff with innovative team meetings held whilst walking in the country estates or parks.

Promoting the ESF SSW funding to SME’s and key strategic partners; LEPs, LA’s, Chambers of Commerce, FSB and many others local projects to ensure targets starts are achieved. Collaborative two way referral process with all available provision to ensure maximum customer service satisfaction to the Customer/ Learner/ Business/ SME. Liaising and sharing good practice with the subcontractors and enhancing of their provision. Dealing with all queries and referring them on to relevant subcontractor. Responsible for the marketing campaigns and contract updates. Managing of generated referrals with our subcontractor through regular communication and assisting them with the pipeline. Attending TPN- Training Provider Network meetings, promoting across all Serco contracts and working with the network Managers to set up opportunities for businesses that have accessed the funding. Building new and maintaining established relationships externally as well as internally and supporting the Bid team to materialise on the gathered information.

Whilst working on the Work Choice and Pathways to Work contracts, my role consisted of building new relationships and maintaining established relationships with our subcontractors, partners and Jobcentre Plus, managing subcontractors, compiling statistical and written reports on a regular basis. I worked within Pluss offices as a partnership support. Specialised in supporting people with disabilities in to paid employment. Working along with variety of Charities to empower and support joint clients back to sustainable work. Negotiating and purchasing training provision to ensure best value. Encouraging the development and continuous improvement of partners by sharing of information and expertise across the supply chain, including agreeing SLA’s. Working closely with national Procurement department and contributing to company strategy. Regular use of P2P, raising Purchase Orders matching invoices and managing supplier accounts. Collating of information to support bids. Carrying out regular assessments and monitoring subcontractors and partners against contractual, compliance and quality targets and following up any actions. Conducting H&S risk assessments and quality assurance across all partners. Ensuring the development of sector specific route ways and meeting customer’s needs. Working towards an increase in voluntary referrals across all contracts.
