- Coordinating and assisting Wells Fargo representative offices and branches in APAC region to ensure all third party service providers to be risk-assessed base on third party risk information management system (TRIMS) requirements. Supporting relationship manager and line of business to identify the residual risk for each third party service provider by completing all the required risk assessments such as information security risk, ABC (anti-bribery and corruption), OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) screening, business continuity planning, background check, insurance coverage, data protection and privacy assessments.- Oversight and monitor spend report of APAC region. Proactively identify, communicate, mitigate and escalate risk originating from non-compliance matters, operational errors, and data integrity issues in all applicable processes.- Working closely with Supply Chain Management team on reviewing contracts, spend reports, monitoring existing vendors as well as engaging new vendors.- Partnering and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure all third party service providers are in compliance with Third party risk management lifecycle and procedure as well as Wells Fargo risk management framework. Maintain & strengthen stakeholder alignment through participation in various forums related to risk management in the region.- Complying with escalation procedures, and establishing issue-specific ownership for monitoring, assessing and communicating sufficiency of remediation efforts. Leverage process documentation to improve operational controls. Actively manage risk throughout the change management lifecycle. Participate and on-time completion of ad-hoc remediation efforts related to findings by independent risk management or TP-COE Quality Assurance programs.- Oversight outsourcing arrangements for APAC region and review the outsourcing assessments to ensure they are complied with the MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) guideline.
