As the Public Programs Officer, I successfully designed and implemented a community-based project that involved the creation of a weekly art class program. This experience sharpened my administrative, problem-solving, and communication skills. The program evolved from its inception to encompass six weekly classes and one monthly class, all tailored to meet the evolving needs of the community.

I directly collaborated with the community and engaged with a diverse range of artists, groups, and stakeholders. I managed artist callouts, curated exhibitions, drafted artist agreements, and oversaw artists throughout the entire exhibition process including the sale of artworks.
