I lead on the operational and strategic planning for Colorintech's Future Talent offering; overseeing our career starter programs for ages 16 - 25.I have designed and delivered our Tech Career Readiness program as both a virtual and in person offering and work with schools and universities to deliver this program.I offer coaching and mentoring to students to support their career journeys.I also work directly with tech employers to support the hiring more diverse talent.
