HR Resourcing Partner, Talent Acquisition: managing volume recruitment for multiple verticals including: Finance, Tax, Treasury, Compliance, Chief Controls Office and Internal Audit.Responsibilities included:• Full oversight of the recruitment process, including: validation of headcount approvals, data reconciliation, confirmation of targeted role requirements, facilitation of sourcing lifecycle, offer negotiations & approvals and finalization of permanent hires.• Front-line relationship management with Hiring Managers, Internal and Direct Recruitment teams, Vendor and Supplier Network and Candidates.• Consultative Client Business Partner: execution of comprehensive intake meetings with Hiring Managers and recruitment teams to define skillset requirements and advisement on sourcing strategy and recruitment solutions for critical hiring.• Interface with Regional and HR Business Partners, HR Reward, Immigration & Relocation, On-Boarding and Employment Relations teams to ensure maximum program efficiency.

Manager of the Non-IT Contractor Division for the Americas - full oversight of the talent acquisition program: volume requisition to placement process, data management, front-line customer, supplier and resource relationship management, advisor on policies, procedures and operations. Central contact for Compliance & HR Escalation matters.Additional Experience: Corporate employee training, full cycle recruitment, new hire orientations, vendor contract negotiation & management, program-related projects and initiatives, data mining & analytics and client reporting.

Responsible for full-spectrum of on-boarding for payrolled associates, including: extensive systems and data management, administration of requisite security checks and weekly expense/ payroll processing.

Oversaw full scope of Contingent Workforce Program: associate/ vendor/ customer relationship management, vendor contracts/ account maintenance, candidate sourcing and selection/ hire recommendations, associate on-boarding and compliance follow up, escalation and resolution of HR related issues for temporary/ consultant staff, client reporting/ presentations and special projects. Data analytics, review and generation of Quarterly Business Reviews for presentation to senior sponsors and stakeholders.
