-Learn, memorize, and retain all choreography given by company director-Teach fellow company members as requested by company director-Refine movement qualities, artistic expression, and material to perform at upcoming gigs for various shows across NYS

-Hire, build & implement training programs, and oversee 60 employees on company-specific policies, uphold procedures, and org mission/values-Serve as a fiduciary agent of the BSG Mandatory Student Activity Fee by: managing the allocation of a $1.5 million budget ensuring it enhances the student experience; approving/denying all org collaboration and campus department funding requests; complete and submit detailed and specific purchase requests utilizing the fee with the best interests of the students-Amplify the student voice on various faculty, campus, and town-wide committees; Serve as the student representative on the College Council, BASC Board of Directors, Brockport Foundation Board, Brockport University Faculty Senate, University President’s Extended Cabinet, Strategic Enrollment Management Committee, Town Gown Committee -Prepare annual fee forum ad College Council presentations-Foster and maintain a positive workplace culture where employees feel heard, seen, welcome, comfortable, and valued-Appoint student representatives to committees as requested by University administration -Speak at events/ceremonies as requested such as Commencement, the Umoja Ceremony, and annual Honors and Awards Ceremony-Update offices and inventory as needed

-Advocate for and discuss student government operations at 5 different SUNY schools at SUNY SA General Assembly/Executive Committee Meetings. -Learn about different initiatives within the SUNY System to ensure the leadership within our respective SGAs align with the mission and vision of SUNY and the students across NYS.-Connect with student leaders across the SUNY network to brainstorm and collaborate on legislation impacting students nationwide.
