Customer Success is all about working with and connecting customer needs to departments all around the company in order to guide our customers to rapid adoption, expansion, and identity churn risks. As and intern at Okta, I am specifically working with Scaled Customer Success this summer, a different approach to better meeting the wide variety of individual needs.

NVL is a student-run organization that works with local entrepreneurs to help develop new products and business ventures. Services range from business plans to market research while providing new insight to develop products and businesses.

Manage and market events, collaborating with vendors and customers, aiming for high customer satisfaction and return rates. Manage membership relations, creating a positive customer experience. Management of homeowners association dues and notices for over 200 households.

Use Excel to maintain a roster list of real estate agents in over 30 MLS’ and Real Estate Associations in 12 states, some of these lists contain more than 50,000 members each. Prepare and manage data in a CRM system to recruit agents to Kelly Right.

Created lesson plans, teaching 1-to-12-year-olds while applying individualized teaching methods. Interacted with parents to ensure proper communication and satisfaction.
