-Set up Tmall Global shop and arrange shipments into Cainiao warehouse-Make store’s yearly operation & marketing plan based on Brand’s yearly marketing activity-In charge of Tmall Global flagship store and JD flagship store’s daily operation-Take responsibility for both Tmall Global store and JD store’s monthly & yearly sales targets and achievements-Create store optimization plan based on store performance and platform trend analysis-Keep contact with Tmall Global XiaoEr and JD CaiXiao and apply for platform marketing resource -Monitor competitors store and industry trend, adjust store strategy accordingly

[Tmall Global link - https://smartbuyglasses.tmall.hk/］Key responsibilities:- Managing the daily operations including uploading products, optimizing shop homepage, planning and launching promotional activities, and customer service management etc.- Set KPI’s for Tmall Global shop based on monthly and yearly data and current industry trends, including new Tmall regulations. - Serve as the key point of contact for Tmall Global “Xiao Er” for all operational activities.- Create sales strategies by analyzing weekly/monthly trends and new Tmall regulations- Design and implement product launching plans based on industry trends- Analyze and create reports on best-selling products to design purchasing plans- Interview and manage new hires for the China Market
