• Act as a critical role to the success of China business in 2018, one is HR business partner to local management team, understanding business strategy and provide HR solutions, including new Org setting and development, Key position holders, talents identify and retention; New resource acquired from external to meet new Org requirement; Initiate and deploy various HR activities to improve employee engagement and integration.• The other is as one HR contact to business leader, collaborating with the HR Services and Talent Acquisition team in the sub-region to ensure the success of the 3 pillars HR model where together with HRBP, Also overlap lots of responsibilities of Talent development and Rewards, such as training, Team building, workshop and so on.

• Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the business function, builds a strong business relationship with the internal client, Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees• Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes at the client’s side• Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally• Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks• Recruits personally the key talents for the internal client, designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions• Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management• Designs and maintain organization vitality charts as the performance of the business unit improves, Challenges the organizational structure of the internal client and proposes changes
