"There's a million things I haven't done, just you wait." Hamilton I am a Regulatory Compliance Consultant responsible for managing a variety of client services including but not limited to new change of control filing, officers and directors onboarding/offboarding, state exam preparation, maintenance of Secretary of State registrations, and new product regulation and reporting research. I provide client-facing consultancy services and assist other consultants with technical training and SME support for ongoing state regulatory reporting, renewal filing and material reporting. I also have experience applying for and maintaining Money Transmitter licenses and I oversee the maintenance of NMLS, FinCEN, and other similar systems. I provide guidance with the mapping of the NMLS MSB call reports for traditional Money Transmitters, payment providers and licensees that offer bill payments, payroll and Cryptocurrency services and products. I also create training materials and modules as well as step-by-step guidance and detailed instructions. I love what I do and I am very passionate about developing comprehensive programs and processes to navigate through the complex regulatory requirements across all areas of compliance and operations. Prior to entering the world of regulatory compliance, I was fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to be a case manager for the International Rescue Committee (IRC), an organization assisting with the resettlement of refugees in the U.S. At IRC, I helped refugees and asylees from over 30 different countries resettle in various communities in the U.S. In addition to assisting with immigration paperwork and securing legal status. I also educated my clients about law observance, employment, sound financial practices, and cultural assimilation. Through this work, I also had the opportunity to provide advisory services to governmental agencies regarding needed procedural improvements at U.S. embassies throughout Eastern Europe. I completed two intensive Kaizen management trainings in Japan with Toyota Production System Lean Kaizen experts. I am passionate about continuous improvement based on the idea that small, ongoing positive changes can lead to significant growth. I grew up in Ukraine in a multilingual community speaking several languages. I attended Commonwealth International University in Crimea, Ukraine, where I studied Foreign Languages with a minor emphasis focusing on cultural impacts in a professional and business environment. Little by little becomes a lot. The best is yet to come!
