I open and close the store, answer phones, make appointments, place and make orders throw the internet and over the phone. Ordering from companies that are over seas. Make sure the customers are happy and helped to the best of my knowledge. I provide quality customer service. I teach and show new employees there duties and responsibility to the company. I make sure everyone is using the proper tools and safety gear when using or working with a machine or power tool. I market and sell high security lock systems, key control systems, keyless entry locks, heavy knobs and deadbolts. Repair, adjust, replace, damaged, or defective components, for entrance, and exit doors. Assist clients in changing lock combinations by inserting new pins into lock sets. Design and develop master key systems for industry, banks, governments, power plants, manufacturing plants, warehouses and large residences. Install and repair electric strikes and electronic security hardware. Some service on changing combinations on safes, vault doors, and making steel keys. I program transponder keys and remote fobs for most vehicles.

Collect money, check identification to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol. Balance cash receipts. Attempt to limit problems and liability related to customers' excessive drinking by taking steps such as persuading customers to stop drinking, or ordering taxis or other transportation for intoxicated patrons. Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment. Take drink orders and serving them.

I worked for the above company for 3 years. Started as an employee and in 1 year worked up to Manager. Stayed in position for 2 years. I would open and close the store. In charge of sales and finding ways to incress them, and brain storm with co-works. Responsible for giving out registers to employees, count the money, and drop it. Always made sure the resturant was clean and stocked, ready for the next shift. Gave brakes, over seeing employees, and always maked sure everyone is following food and safety procedures. I covered any shift that was under staffed. I took care of customer service. My store alwayed passed all inspections from the health department to corporate inspections. I followed, relay, designate all duties required for the day, any scheduled tasks required for myself and my team members.
