-Record stats and substitutions for UMass Division 1football, basketball, hockey, and soccer home games-Assisting with notes about the game for later write-ups-Provide in-game information to play-by-play announcer and UMass Gazette to provide the best possibleexperience for viewers

-Created media lists for our various clients as well as new campaign media lists. This included researching various influencers/journalists/reporters on all platforms. I used Cision to help aid the research, find contacts and outlets-Drafted pitches, media advisories, press releases for our clients, press clippings for monthly recaps to clients as well as helping out at events we would put together for clients. Created calendar listings for these events.-Used Hootsuite for social media content planning on various social media accounts for our clients

-Served 100+ customers per shift, provided recommendations on food and beverage pairings, described nightly food and drink specials, communicated graciously, and attended to customers quickly leading to repeating customers-collaborated with kitchen, bar, and management to ensure 500+ visitors enjoyed their experience

Welcomed and seated upward to 150 guests per shift while managing electronic seating chart, guest flow, reservation/take-out orders over the phone, and checking customers out when they arrived to pick up orders.

-Provided care to ensure that children at the elementary school level had a fun and well-rounded after-school experience. Had routine check-ins and activities we would provide.-Received Child Development Associate (CDA) certification, CPR and First Aid certification, and EarlyChildhood Education (ECE) certification
