Worked alongside faculty who were teaching service-learning courses. The first course ran from September 2022-December 2022, involving Alcoholism, Addiction, and Culture Communication. Was then asked to come back for a second course taught by another professor, which ran from January 2023-May 2023 and consisted of Health Communication. Assisted faculty with various tasks such as logistics, community engagement, and reflection facilitation.- Managed a group of around 25 students per class each semester.- Alcohol Addiction Communication: Facilitated visits to local high schools in Fairfield, providing high school seniors support on their transition to college or life after graduation.- Health Communication: Facilitated visits to a hospice center in the Fairfield county area, providing students support in making these visits.- Attended a numerous number of these visits alongside the college students.- Ran multiple classes alongside the professor.- Maintained email correspondence and communication between faculty and students.
