Report to: Marketplace Management ManagerResponsibilities:- In charge of Belle YY and Really 8 stores relevant area (cover Wuxi and Suzhou). Focus on driving sell-thru and retail excellence.- KPI (average unit revenue. unit per transaction. Markdown, conversion rate) follow up.- Project follow-up and data analysis.- Weekly store visit: top SKU set up, timely communication with account and internal colleagues for products size broken. According to different problem find out the best solution. Constantly explore the trade zone and find the opportunity in the store.- Monthly meeting with account: summary the missing part in last month, business analysis, MSP scores, find opportunities.
