As a new graduate nurse with a strong background in healthcare, my passion lies in providing compassionate care and improving patient outcomes. My journey in healthcare began in 2015 as a Certified Nursing Assistant, and since then, I have earned my Bachelor's in Healthcare Management in 2021 and passed my NCLEX-PN exam to become a Licensed Practical Nurse.Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience working with a diverse range of residents in long-term care facilities. In addition to my long-term care experience, I also have a strong interest in wound care, the emergency department, and neonatal intensive care unit. I hold a current CPR certification that expires in August 2023 and have been working as a LPN since January 2023.Besides my clinical experience, I am also familiar with working as a scheduler for a 200-bed facility. During my time in this role, I was responsible for creating schedules for the nursing department and assisting Human Resources with new hires.Ultimately, my goal is to become a nursing home administrator and use my education and experience to make a positive impact in the lives of residents and their families. I aspire to transform the healthcare industry by promoting patient-centered care.
