As event officer, I am responsible for the planning and coordinating events for Bizsoc. Some stand out events I was part of this year:- Hosting a successful table quiz in Sult with sponsered prizes worth over €250. I served as the MC for the night, ensuring the event ran smoothly and was enjoyed by all who attended.- Organised a guest speaker talk with Joe Hennigan of Recept Relay, one of the Irish Indepent top 30 under 30 recipients.- Assisted in the planning and execution of the highly anticipated Commerce Ball, which had 900 attendees and was held at the luxurious 4-star Galmont Hotel.

I worked in Mcdonald's Shop Street as a crew member for 11 months in total. Here I developed a strong work ethic. I had a friendly attitude towards customers and I was attentive with orders whilst multitasking in a fast-paced environment. the importance of teamwork was vital for this role.Duties:- Prepare kitchen/front of house for the day- Taking orders and cash handling- Preparing food in the kitchen for breakfast and lunch menu- Serve customers - Clean lobby- Maintain sanitization, health & safety standards

I worked as an administrative assistant at Banada surgery. As an administrative assistant, my duties within the surgery included answering the phone, scanning documents, and inserting them into patient files. I used the special GP practice software on a daily basis. Being an Administrative Assistant required me to be familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. For my job, I was also required to handle payments and issue receipts. when the practice took on the role of administering Covid-19 vaccines, my role in this process was to prepare paperwork, take part in the planning of the Covid vaccination clinic and on the day to guide people from entrance to exit in a reassuring and calm manner. I really enjoy being an administrative assistant as I get to use my organizational and communication skills.
