I am energized when I work with people towards meaningful goals. During my early career, I led a team to create a youth community at a large, multi-cultural parish in Phoenix. I grew the program from 10 to over 100 teens, and 2 to 15 adult volunteers, and increased the number of annual retreats from 1 to 3 through effective and meaningful volunteer engagement. I was then chosen to develop subscription-based, educational curriculum for with cultural adaptations. I led a 5-person creative team and successfully produced 1,320 pages of curriculum per year, hitting three major deadlines a year, and within budget. This led me to my dream role -- working directly with leaders to train them to successfully create youth communities, no matter the budget, resources, or culture. I consulted, virtually and in-person, 180 customers annually in over 15 countries to successful and sustainable implement the premier youth ministry program, Life Teen. I also facilitated, annually, training to over 1,300 customers through large group training in communities spanning from Juarez, MX, to Auckland, NZ, and throughout the United States.I had to multiply myself so I designed training resources used to train employees to empower customer engagement, product adoption, account growth, and deliver exceptional customer experience.I recently graduated with a Master of Global Business Management from Thunderbird with a concentration in People Management and Global Entrepreneurship. I am now a founder and sole owner of a global e-commerce business and work with non-profits nationwide to seamlessly execute fundraising galas.
