For nine years (2011-2019), I made (and ate!) my way to the forefront of London's ever evolving and super exciting food scene, where I worked with some of the biggest names in the UK's gourmet industry. From the London 2012 Olympics' hospitality team, to creating fine dining packages with Michelin starred restaurants, and to building the most exciting high end boutique event catering business in London today from the ground up, I can’t help but pour my heart and soul into everything I do. I'm on a mission to showcase how mindbogglingly amazing and non-intimidating plant-based and vegetarian food can and should be. In my workshops, expect a positive, non-cynical view on the wonderful world of flexitarian living and non-processed food that is cooked with love.
