Student Researcher in the Fairfield University Developmental Biology Laboratory run under the guidance of Dr. Anita Fernandez. Working with the model organism Caenorhabditis elegans to uncover reproductive genes of interest.

Worked primarily on the salesfloor organizing and putting out new merchandise. Worked at the register, fulfilling customers needs and creating an overall welcoming environment for shoppers.

I have provided childcare for multiple different families from a very early age. I am able to multitask by watching multiple children at a time while carrying out household chores such as cleaning and cooking.

Work as a cashier and shelf stocker at HomeGoods, a home decor and furnishing store. I gained experience in tailoring myself to the needs of the customer and working with a team to accomplish a goal.

Worked to develop and run a school club that educated students and faculty on social justice issues and fostered an inviting environment for people of all backgrounds. We created and held multiple trainings in which we taught student council members, other students, and even faculty members about social issues that need our attention. We proposed ways in which the school could become a safer space for minority students to our school administrators. We also stressed the importance of things like voter literacy by holding events and publishing literature educating young people about the importance of their vote.
