Strategy included redefining the client and adviser propositions, broadening of the service offering, optimizing client acquisition and retention models. 2013 – 2014 - Change Director, Macquarie Private Wealth (MPW) The mandate of the role was to lead design and execution of change management strategies for the Wealth Management division. Major programs included the Enforceable Undertaking, FOFA/Regulatory Reforms and Xplan implementation.
