I started my in career in the recruitment industry at 18, diving into the fast-paced world of sales administration supporting four international offices with huge team numbers. This foundational experience provided me with a deep understanding of how businesses operate and how critical the admin function is to achieving sales goals. From day one, I was committed to working long hours, learning the intricacies of sales processes, supporting the sales team every way I could and learning the details that drive a successful business from managing the behind-the-scenes operations seamlessly which led to my career in the industry.
