Liaison to the Dell Medical School, School of Nursing, School of Social Work, School of Pharmacy, and the LBJ School of Public Affairs.-Developed next-level model for cross-disciplinary partnership on health transformation projects.-Created and implemented framework for faculty leadership convenings focused on advancing collaborative science.-Conducted an extensive internal research initiative to identify key assets and strengths within the institution to set foundation fundraising priorities and align with top prospects (7-figure+) and secure transformational gifts.

Returned to Seton Hall to serve as a senior member of the Development leadership team and held responsibility for institutional strategy for foundation relations and corporate engagement across ten schools and colleges and ancillary units, including the launch of Seton Hall-Hackensack-Meridian School of Medicine. Oversaw strategy and institutional fundraising for the Stillman School of Business, the School of Diplomacy and International Relations, the School of Health and Medical Sciences, the College of Nursing, Seton Hall Law School, the College of Communication and the Arts, the School of Theology, and the College of Arts & Sciences. Dynamically manage the enterprise including:-Spearheading a Visioning Exercise Initiative to inspire, motivate, and challenge academic leadership to develop compelling, transformational integrated advancement case statements. -Creating an organization-wide faculty support initiative to educate faculty on philanthropy and the grant-seeking process, support proposal development, and foster connectivity with philanthropic foundations and strategic partners via stakeholder meetings, social media, and other avenues. -Leading cross-campus efforts to build value for corporate partners and enhance academic-industry collaboration.

Responsible for managing all aspects of cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding an extensive portfolio of corporate and foundation donors at a world-class, integrated, academic medical center. Served as NYU Langone’s lead writer and editor on philanthropic proposals and grant reports. Led discussions with departmental chairs, senior administrators, and faculty leadership to effectively position gift solicitations and generate strategic philanthropy. Proactively cultivated and stewarded 6 and 7-figure philanthropic donors and met a $5 million individual annual fundraising goal. -Managed a portfolio of more than 150 prospects and donors-Held responsibility for managing relationships and securing gifts for: Population Health; Department of Medicine; Psychiatry; Neurology and Neurosurgery; Cardiology; Cardiothoracic Surgery, and Vascular and Endovascular Surgery; Ophthalmology; Emergency Medicine; Surgery; and research Centers of Excellence.-Submitted an average of 80 targeted proposals and high-quality stewardship reports each year. -Led faculty leadership in developing vision documents and program plans to secure transformational philanthropy. -Planned and executed creative, enriching cultivation and fundraising events, roundtable discussions, and site visits for leadership gift donors and prospects.
