I am currently in my first rotation of the Pathways program and support the Program Enablement team. In this role, I engage in and enhance business processes and tools, for Enterprise Global Supply Chain (GSC), with a focus on supplier relationships and performance management. Within this rotation, I have supported business operations and change management, contributing to the Northrop Grumman Enterprise Supplier Advisory Board by managing board member relationships and ensuring anti-trust compliance. My role emphasizes process improvement, budgeting, documentation, preparing client materials, and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction. Additionally, I developed and implemented a communication vehicle for over 900 leaders, facilitating strategic discussions with executives and subject-matter experts. My ability to articulate complex ideas and engage stakeholders fosters continuous improvement and collaboration within the organization.
