Prior to joining THE LOT, I gained valuable experience in developing and implementing recruiting strategies, preparing and maintaining employment records, addressing employee issues, and contacting vendors as a Deputy General Manager and an Assistant Manager at Regal, a leading movie theater chain.I am a dedicated and hardworking professional, with excellent communication, HR, and management skills.
