We leverage our SaaS platform and community-driven network effects to create impactful change.To date, we have built a global community of educators, therapists and parents across 80+ countries, and we are currently working with over 4,000 schools in India.

- Undertake the largest IT investment of the company to oversee the roll out of a 10-million dollar integrated global system which covers the client interface systems to the invoicing systems which replaces the multiple existing applications in 22 countries across 5 continents. - Knowledge of the business processes at all centres and ensuring rollouts are successfully launched at different countries with different practices. - Close interaction with IT departments and provide business knowledge support to both users; operations staff, doctors, nurses, Finance and IT staff.- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of any changes/enhancement to the global integrated application. - Take charge of the business rules of the application as well as the Key Performance Indicators for the users on an individual, division, regional and global basis.

China

- Oversee the 24-hour emergency alarm centre which covers the emergency medical and non-medical services in China, Mongolia, North Korea and provided after-office hours managerial support to Hong Kong and Taiwan.

- Provide regional support to offices in South East Asia, including Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, Myanmar, etc. - Part of the management team to restructure the Singapore 24-hour Operations – Re-organization of Japanese Operation, HealthCare Management Department, Medical Support (U.S. Military) Department and Medical Emergency Evacuation Department into a single department which leads to a reduction of 40% of the resource.- Provide support to Sales & Marketing Department as well as Providers Network Department.- Drive the implementation of a new Global Billings System which integrated into the existing Case Management System at the alarm centre.- Major crises handled include security crisis in Indonesia, Tsunami in Phuket, etc. where massive medical and security evacuations were coordinated.

- Set-up the joint venture between International SOS and German Air rescue.- Working with a team of paramedics to coordinate a fleet of helicopters and jets to conduct air rescues.- Set up all administrative departments in the company, including Finance, HR, operations, etc.

- Provide managerial support to the shift which includes mentoring of junior staff, point of escalation of any difficult situation, working out quotation and margin of each intervention.- Work closely with medical team on the logistic arrangement of medical transportation.- Liaison with providers on the expected service standard.
