If they can resolve it themselves with the right information, it is necessary to provide it.Being empathetic is essential when talking with people. When you understand that people come from all walks of life and every one is unique with their perspectives, it helps solidify the need to be kind. I work with this in mind to ensure that whomever I am working with gets the best experience they can.Outside of work, I have a weekly meeting with my colleagues for creativity and conflict resolution. Through these gatherings, I have gained experience that promotes character and skill growth. We also continually improve on assessing and solving situations given limited information.
