I have worked in the not for profit sector for 15 years+ in various roles, most recent (current) being a NDIS Operations Support Officer. I have in depth knowledge of the disability sector and also the NDIS. At work – I am known as someone who is passionate, dedicated and driven. I'm also experienced and proactive with high level interpersonal skills enhancing the ability of building positive working relationships. I can work well on my own but, am at my best in a team. I enjoy all aspects of my role especially the strong focus on delivering participant-focused outcomes and ensuring empowerment for NDIS participants through appropriate funding for supports.
