Hi, I’m Lily!I’m a senior at the University of Redlands, self-designing an interdisciplinary BA degree in 'Emotional Intelligence in Leadership & Business.' Drawing from psychology, business administration, sociology, and political science, my studies equip me to tackle challenges with a multidimensional approach. I’m passionate about using these skills to empower communities through project development, advocacy, and legislative initiatives. My leadership journey includes organizing and leading multiple outdoor recreational excursions across the Southwest, such as backpacking in the High Sierras, canyoneering in Zion National Park, and canoeing across the Colorado River. As a trip leader, I honed critical skills, including decision-making, delegating, risk management, adaptability, and problem solving. These experiences deepened my appreciation for the transformative power of seeking discomfort and strengthened my commitment to community organizing and social justice. I’m eager to connect with professionals and peers dedicated to advancing equitable healthcare, education, environmental sustainability, and public policy. Let’s collaborate to create meaningful, lasting change.
