Lily Jordan is a Apprentice Quantity Surveyor at Interclass. Colleagues describe them as "I first met Lily when I interviewed her for a T Level placement opportunity at Interclass, I was so impressed that I very quickly invited her to come and join us for her placement in November 2023. Lily has so far spent two weeks with us and in that time the feedback and comments received from everyone she interacted with have been overwhelmingly positive. Lily's confidence, enthusiasm for learning about the construction industry, and genuine effort to connect with everyone in the office has left a lasting impression on the team. One of the highlights from Lily’s time with us was taking her to the Women in Construction masterclass in Gloucester. She was completely at ease in a room filled with industry professionals, engaging in confident conversations with individuals at our table, discussing their roles, and most impressively, sharing her own experiences with the entire room during our group discussion feedback session. We are really looking forward to welcoming her back in January and I’m confident that she will continue to excel with her studies in the meantime."
